Intellectual property
Other than the content you own, Review2Rate.com and its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the material on this website. You must not:
- Republish website material in any other media.
- Sell, sublicense or otherwise commercialise website material.
- Publicly perform or show website material.
- Use the website in any way that damages it or affects other people's access to it.
- Use the website against applicable laws, or in a way that could harm the website or any person or business.
- Carry out data mining, data harvesting, scraping or similar activity.
- Use the website for advertising or marketing without our written permission.
Review guidelines
Reviews must be about your own genuine experience with the product or service. You must not:
- Post reviews you were paid, rewarded or asked to write by the business or a competitor (our own community points and monthly prizes are allowed).
- Review a business you own, work for or are closely connected to.
- Copy reviews from other websites or other people.
- Include hateful, abusive or sexual content, personal information, or links and advertising.
We may hold, edit for formatting, or remove reviews that break these guidelines, and suspend accounts that repeatedly break them.
Your content
“Your content” means any text, images or other material you post on Review2Rate. By posting it, you grant Review2Rate.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, sub-licensable licence to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate and distribute it in any media. You are responsible for your content and confirm you have the right to post it.
Points and rewards
Points have no cash value and can't be transferred. The Top Reviewer of the Month is the member with the most points earned in that calendar month, after removing points from reviews that break our guidelines. Prizes, eligibility and the decision on winners are at Review2Rate's discretion, and we may change or end the programme at any time.
Business listings
Businesses that claim a listing may reply to reviews and update listing details. Claiming does not allow a business to edit, hide or remove reviews, or affect its score. We may remove a claim if the information provided turns out to be false.
No warranties
This website is provided “as is”, with all faults. Reviews reflect the opinions of individual members, not of Review2Rate.com, and nothing on this website is professional advice.
Limitation of liability
Review2Rate.com and its officers, directors and employees will not be liable for anything arising out of or connected with your use of this website, including any indirect, consequential or special loss.
Indemnification
You indemnify Review2Rate.com against all liabilities, costs, demands, causes of action, damages and expenses arising from your breach of these terms.
Severability
If any part of these terms is found invalid under applicable law, that part is removed without affecting the rest.
